We Are Wearables has partnered with the Toronto Public Library to bring the latest in wearable technology to the Albion Branch. Kids will get the chance to learn and go hands on with augmented and virtual reality, smart glasses, fitness tech, smartwatches and gesture control devices.
What to expect at this event
- Presentation on Wearable Tech introducing your child to this new emerging technology
- Five stations where children will go hands on with over fifteen devices including Disney Playmation, Mattel View-Master VR, Google Cardboard, Apple Watch, Pebble smartwatch, Moto 360, Hexoskin, Muse, Myo, Moff and more.
- Workshop where kids draw a picture of how a wearable can give them superpowers inspired by what they learned at the event
Kids will get the chance to try out Disney Playmation, Mattel View-Master VR, Google Cardboard, Apple Watch, Pebble smartwatch, Moto 360 and other devices. For ages 6 to 12.
